Hello people out there in internet land!
I was afraid that I would have to post today that I gained, not that I slipped up on my diet, but I just had that fear. I lost 4 pounds!!! YAY ME!!! That is amazing to me. It might not seem that all that much in the grand scheme of things, but to me it is!
I've decided that I am going to start the couch to 10k program today. In hopes to bump up my workouts.
Here is a run down of week one of the couch to 10 k that I am starting today.
Workout Week #1 : Brisk five-minute warm-up walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Do this 3 to 5 days.
