1. Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? hot chocolate ... egg nog is so gross!
2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? Santa has elves to do that...
3. Colored lights on tree/house or white? We have white... but I like colored better.
4. Do you hang mistletoe? I have in the past.
5. When do you put your decorations up? Honestly not sure if we will this year. :( We are going to my momma's for christmas, and it seems like alot of work when we arent even going to be here to enjoy it... maybe I will put up a few just for Jack though.
6. What is your favorite holiday dish? Stuffing! :) yeah I'm weird.... my mom makes prime rib some years, and I still like the crappy bagged stuffing the best. lol
7. Favorite Holiday memory as a child? Being with my family. It never really mattered much what I got or didn't get, it was just good to be with the people I loved and that loved me.
8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? When someone sent me into the basement to get something from the freezer, and all of my gifts were on the work bench.
9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? No... but we are going to let Jack open his Christmas jammies the night before.
10. How do you decorate your Christmas tree? We had alot of hand me down orniments from my MILs tree. But they were so old and falling apart that we got some new ones last year at the end of the season.
11. Snow! Love it or Dread it? Please god can I have no snow... That is the dirtiest 4 letter word of all! GAH! I hate snow!!!
12. Can you ice skate? NO... I'm not what you would call graceful.
13. Do you remember your favorite gift? One year I got a doll that read stories. Pamela, I still have that doll.
14. What’s the most important thing about the Holidays for you? Being together with my loved ones.
15. What is your favorite Holiday Dessert? Pumpkin pie, or chocolate pie. :)
16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? Cooking with my Mom.
17. What tops your tree? We have a bow... a lame one... Note to self get a new bow... Our tree is too tall for a star.
18. Which do you prefer giving or receiving? I like to give gifts. I think I'm pretty good at picking stuff out. I'm pretty excited to pick out stuff for Jack this year. It should be an awesome Christmas!
19. Candy Canes: Yuck or Yum? Sure... they are okay... but there is usually so much other stuff around they get forgotten about.
20. Favorite Christmas show? The Island of Misfit Toys. :) or How the Grinch Stole Christmas... the old one.
21. Saddest Christmas Song? Christmas Shoes.
22. What is your favorite Christmas song? most years it has be Sailling Home for Christmas by Doug Stone. Hub has been deployed or underway gone 4 out of 7 years.
